Melina Meza

Melina Meza is a pioneer in the field of yoga, nutrition, and Ayurvedic Health, sharing her knowledge with yogis around the world for more than 30 years.

She is the creator of Seasonal Vinyasa Yoga, a holistic practice that features lifestyle, diet, and yoga practices tailored to the rhythms of the four seasons to help people stay healthy as they age. Her passion for Nature, the five elements, beauty, and humor forge the foundation of her unique approach to well-being. Another way that Melina blends her passion for Nature and creativity is through being a professional photographer. With creativity at the center of her passions, Melina loves to inspire and be inspired, bringing this not only to her teaching but to her artistry. Currently residing in Oakland, California, Melina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University, where she deepened her interest in the world of whole foods nutrition. Baxter Bell, MD, C-IAYT has been immersed in the practices of yoga for almost 30 years, teaching for over 25 of those years to thousands of students in the US and beyond.

He combines his unique experiences and background in medicine, yoga therapy, acupuncture and life to create extraordinary yoga practices for groups and individuals. Baxter is a pioneer in the area of Yoga for Healthy Aging, co-authoring a book of the same name and leading workshops and immersions on this evolving topic online and in person. He has created many rich learning webinars for yoga practitioners and yoga teachers on the online platform Yoga U Online, with topics ranging from Yoga for Heart Health to Yoga for Long Covid. Baxter also has family connections to Italy, with his Grandpa Lopresto’s family originally from Calabria in Southern Italy. Having travelled many times to Italy, he is excited to explore one area he has always dreamed of hiking, the spectacular Dolomites!
